Third Floor Photo Space
An expansive open warehouse studio flooded with north-facing window light—ideal for portraits, editorials, and creative shoots.

Note: This space is not climate-controlled.

Lowe Mill A&E Grounds & Common Areas
Our historic buildings, vibrant courtyards, and industrial backdrops are perfect for fashion and group photography.

Rental Fees

Photo Pass (property use) $40/hour
Photo Space (Third Floor) $75/hour
Special Occasion Photography (groups 15+) $160/hour
Videography (see below) $160/hour

Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all visitors and artists:

  • Photography is allowed during public hours only

  • No access to individual artist studios

  • No glitter or confetti on the property or in the Photo Space

  • Do not block walkways or doorways with equipment

  • Do not move gallery furniture or artwork

  • No reproduction of artwork for resale or commercial use

  • If artwork appears in photos, please credit the artist (info is posted in galleries)

What Counts as Special Occasion Photography?

Any organized or coordinated shoot, including:

  • Prom / Homecoming / Formal portraits

  • Senior or company portraits

  • Fashion shoots (with multiple models or equipment)

Groups over 15 people or elaborate setups require the $160/hour Special Occasion rate.

What Counts as Videography?

Any video content with intent for commercial or artistic use, including:

  • Music videos

  • Fashion films

  • Vlogs or social content

  • Promotional videos

  • TV commercials or cinematic work

No loud audio playback allowed in public/common areas.
