BUILDING UPDATES
We would like to keep you informed about the current repairs and updates to the elevator at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, as well as the available access options to the second and third floors. Our building management recognizes the importance of maintaining a safe and reliable elevator system for the convenience of all artists and visitors. In line with this commitment, we are undertaking comprehensive repairs and updates to our elevator. These repairs are essential to ensure the continued smooth operation and longevity of our elevator system.
We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you all: the new elevator cab has arrived!
This new addition will replace the East elevator near the Water Tower parking lot. We couldn't be happier about this upgrade, as we know it will improve accessibility and convenience for everyone in our creative community. We'll be sure to keep you updated with any significant progress from the contractors as we receive updates. Your safety is our top priority, and we can't wait for you to experience the benefits of this new elevator firsthand.
Additionally, we are excited to announce that the elevator cab has officially arrived on site and installation is now underway. During this period, the elevator will be temporarily out of service, and Door 13 is no longer accessible. We encourage you to use Door 14 or Door 15 off the dock for entry. Stairs will be available to access the second and third floors, and we have ensured the stairwell is well-maintained and well-lit for your safety. Please exercise caution and consider any mobility challenges when using the stairs.
