We’re excited to share an important update about the ongoing construction of the elevator near the Water Tower parking lot. A brand-new elevator cab has arrived, and installation is underway! This represents a significant step in providing accessibility and convenience for everyone in our creative community.

While this essential work is being completed, the elevator will be temporarily out of service, and Door 13 is no longer accessible. For building entry, please use Door 14 or Door 15 off the dock.

Stair access is available to the second and third floors, and we’ve ensured the stairwells are well-lit and properly maintained for your safety. Please exercise caution and consider any mobility challenges while using the stairs.

We recognize the importance of this custom-built project in supporting the needs of all visitors, including those with mobility concerns, and the contractors are working diligently to complete the elevator installation as quickly and safely as possible. We’ll continue to share significant updates as they become available.
