Swing Dance for Disaster Relief
November 30 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Josephine Glass | Studio 2008 | Saturn Jive Dance Space
Join Josephine Glass Studio 2008 with the Saturn Jive Dance Space in rhythmic Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment for an unforgettable night of swing dancing and community spirit! This November, we’re stepping back in time to the jazz-filled days of the 1920s to 1940s with two lively dance events that will benefit those affected by recent storms.
Event Details:
- Dates: November 9th and November 30th
- Time: 5:30 pm – Introductory dance lesson for new dancers, 6-9 pm – Open dance floor for everyone!
As the studio is still in setup mode, we’re turning this into a unique opportunity! Bring along a thrifted chair, small table, or potted plant as part of your entry contribution. We’re building a cozy atmosphere, and your funky finds will help make it happen!
Giving Back: 60% of the profits will go directly to Team Rubicon, a veteran-led, disaster response nonprofit, so you’ll be dancing for a good cause. Spread the word, bring a friend, and let’s make a positive impact through the power of dance!
These classes are pay in person and they are $15 per class
