Making Macarons with Mx. K

Harvie Kruer Studio 1015 of Sifted Sweetness in appetizing Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment wants to teach you the basics of making macarons with the French process known as macronage. This 90-minute class will teach you to sift, weigh, whisk, and pipe your way to a macaron you can be proud of. Class size is limited to 4 students.
