Girl Jam

Huntsville Traditional Music Association Studio 1038 in rockin’ Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment invites you to an all female jam session : Girl Jam! They will focus mainly on traditional music like old country, bluegrass, folk, and blues.

All instruments and playing levels are welcome.

Learn from one another by playing and harmonizing together. Have fun while also improving your musical skills. Familiarize yourselves with songs you may not have ever played before, or even play some old favorites! 

Bring 4-5 songs to share with the group. If you have the sheet music for these songs, even better! Remember, all instruments are welcome. If you have a music or instrument stand, feel free to bring those along also! 

They won’t plug in instruments except if someone brings an electric bass. If you have an electric bass, you will need an amp.
