Adult and Kids Capoeira Classes

At the heart of Saturdays at Saturn Jive Dance Space in Studio 2008, Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment comes alive with rhythm, movement, and community through Capoeira!

At 11am, the Adult Capoeira class invites movers of all levels to explore this dynamic Afro-Brazilian art form that blends martial arts, dance, music, and flowing acrobatics. Expect high energy, cultural connection, and a powerful full-body workout set to live rhythm and call-and-response energy.

Then at 12pm, the Kids Capoeira class takes over with a fun, playful, and engaging introduction to the same traditions—helping young movers build coordination, confidence, discipline, and creativity while having an absolute blast.
