Chloe Hendrick's art examines the interplay between identity and environment. Her paintings amplify individuality to its most eccentric extremes, reflecting her belief that true comfort lies in rejecting societal norms and embracing the absence of expectations. Her spontaneous approach to painting begins with an idea which she allows to unfold as she paints. She actively listens to what her brain tells her in the moment. She gains more enjoyment working in this way.
