Suitable Middle School, High School and Adults

**This class can be taken by anyone ages 12 and up, this includes middle schoolers, high schoolers and adults. At this point the motor skills it takes to draw have been fully developed and middle schoolers, high schoolers and adults can be taught the same set of skills. Everyone is always at a different starting point when it comes to drawing and you see this often in group classes. This class is suitable for beginners within that age range.**

A series of 3 workshops designed to teach you how to draw popular mythical creatures. The workshops in this series are a Unicorn, a Dragon and a Mermaid. You will learn in each workshop the real animals that comprise the anatomy of the mythical creatures. And, you will learn how to apply that real knowledge to make a Unicorn, a Dragon and a Mermaid! You will be walked through a base for each mythical creature with time set aside for you to customize your Unicorn, Dragon and Mermaid to the vision you see in your head!

How to Draw a Unicorn

You will be walked through how to draw base for a unicorn by structuring horse anatomy, and then you will get to customize it and make it your own!

How to Draw a Dragon
Monday, February 26th, 2024
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
$50 for individual workshop
You will be walked through how to a western dragon. You will learn about the real animals used to create the anatomy of a dragon and how to apply it. The instructor will walk you through a base and then you will get to customize your dragon and make it your own!

How to Draw a Mermaid
Monday, March 4th, 2024
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
$50 for individual workshop
You will be walked through how to combine fish or sea creature anatomy with human anatomy to make a mermaid! this could also be a merman if you so chose. You will be walked through a base for your mermaid/man and then you will get to choose the fish you would like to base your mermaid/man off of. The instructor will help you to make your mercreature believable.

This is an in person class located at Inkspitter Studio within Lowe Mill A&E in Huntsville, AL. Located directly inside Door 2.
