DESCRIPTION:Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment welcomes everyone to come experience our Open Studio Night! This is our building-wide arts extravaganza when all 150+ studio doors are open to the public with wonderful artworks waiting to be discovered everywhere! Our 200+ artists and makers have 24/7 access to their studios at the Mill so they are here working at many different times and days throughout the week. This event is the public’s opportunity to come see all of them in their studios and visit them in their work environment to discuss their spectacular creations. For this festive event we have music and refreshments throughout the building as folks wander all three floors of our historic factory discovering new artists and artworks. If that isn’t enough\, it is also the final night of our exhibits currently on view in our 8 gallery spaces. The visiting artists are in attendance and available to interact with the public and discuss their artwork while it is on display in the gallery spaces. On such a special night\, we encourage everyone to roam the open building and discover the special artworks that speak to them!

DESCRIPTION:Take a tour on Halloween night through our historic 1901 textile mill! Whispers\, shifting shadows\, and unexplained sounds follow those who wander our halls. What we uncover on each tour is never the same\, some nights it’s only echoes\, other nights… something (or someone) lingers. Mysterious pumpkin scarecrows stand watch over our hallowed grounds\, their grins flickering as though they know what waits within. Enter if you dare\, but be warned… you might not be able to leave.\nINFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS:\nGreetings\, brave traveler of the night\, \nThank you for securing your place on the Haunted History of the Mill Tour\, where echoes of the past still whisper through the halls of Lowe Mill A&E. \nWhen you arrive this evening\, make your way to Door 4\, where a scarecrow sentinel will be waiting to greet you (or perhaps… to warn you). Our ghostly hosts will have your name on the list\, no mortal tickets required. \nYour journey into the shadows begins at 7:00 PM\, with the final journey departing at 9:30 PM. New tour groups (about five souls each) shall depart every 10-15 minutes. The chilling tales and eerie encounters will last approximately 30-45 minutes… if you can last that long. \nSo\, gather your courage\, bring your curiosity\, and prepare to discover the secrets that linger in the dark corners of the mill. \nWe’ll see you tonight – if the spirits allow it. \n  \nWARNING \nThere will be loud noises and strobe lights on this Haunted Tour. This tour may not be safe for individuals with light sensitivity or certain medical conditions.
