This class is designed to introduce you to the joys of Lindy Hop and other forms of swing dance. Swing and jazz dance have a rich history rooted in African American culture and have influenced nearly every American dance and music style since. \nThis is a drop-in\, progressive class\, meaning it’s flexible for newcomers and those who want to build on their basics. Whether you’re looking to become a swing dancer and join higher-level classes or you want to strengthen your foundational skills\, this class is perfect for you. \nAfter the fundamentals class\, there’s an intermediate Lindy Hop class\, and our community hang-out area will be open for everyone to relax\, watch the next class\, and meet other dancers. Join us to grow in skill and in the vibrant community that comes with it! \nThis class is $15 pay in person.
