DESCRIPTION:Join Denise Onwere  Studio 203 in Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment where creativity gets a sustainable twist with the Recycled Art Camp. This lively\, hands-on experience invites young artists to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary\, transforming everyday materials into imaginative works of art. \nCampers will explore the exciting world of three-dimensional creation—designing sculptures\, installations\, wearable art\, and decorative pieces using wire\, paper mâché\, and a variety of recycled objects. Whether drawing inspiration from nature or reimagining found materials in bold new ways\, students are encouraged to think creatively and build freely. One of the highlights includes crafting whimsical 3D critters from everyday items\, blending playfulness with artistic skill. \nWith all supplies included and an inspiring studio environment\, this eco-friendly art camp sparks imagination\, builds confidence\, and proves that great art can come from just about anything. \n\nCost is $245 per week\, including all supplies and a mini art kit to keep. SUMMARY:Celtic (céilí ) Dance Classes
DESCRIPTION:Learn Irish and Scots ceili dances in a casual\, relaxed setting. No high kicks\, leaps\, or hard shoes required\, just a desire to have fun dancing ceili party dances. Be ready to join in the sets for St. Patrick’s Day or Burns Night or any other time there’s celtic music available to dance to. \nThe goal of this class is to teach you the basics of Irish and Scots ceili dances\, along with some of the more widely known dances. \nWhile we probably can’t cover dances from all seven Celtic Nations\, we’ll do our best to present a wide selection of celtic dance and have a good time dancing it. No previous experience or partners required. Learn everything you ever wanted to know about celtic dance but were afraid to ask. \nSaturdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm. \n$15/$10 students. Cash or Venmo. \nThis class is drop in friendly. We’ll keep dancing previous dances as we continue to learn new ones
